All Nippon Airways

All Nippon Airways known as ANA is Japan’s largest airline with a hub in Tokyo. Its headquarters is located in Shiodome city Centre in the Shiodome area of minato in Japan.

ANA's main international hubs are at Narita International airport outside Tokyo and Kansai International Airport outside Osaka and its main domestic hub are at Tokyo International Airport, Osaka International Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport, and new Chitose International Airport.

ANA controls several subsidiary passenger carrier including its regional airline, ANA wings and charter carrier, Air Japan. It is certified with 5-star Airline rating for the quality of its Onboard product and staff service, and the ANA home base Airport service.

Alliances

Airlines is a member of the Star Alliance and It also has codeshare agreements with five domestic carriers and 27 international airlines.

Fleet

Airlines fleet consists of 194 passenger aircraft with a wide variety of cabin configurations. As of April 2019, the ANA passenger fleet also consists of other aircrafts that includes Airbus A320, Airbus A320neo, Boeing 737 and many other except Boeing 787.

ANA destinations and hub

ANA flies to more than 70 destinations in Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America. It has an extensive route network that covers the entirety of Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south. ANA's international route network extends through China, Korea, Southeast Asia, United States, Mexico, and Western Europe. Its key international hub is Narita International Airport, where it shares the south wings of terminal 1 with its star alliances partners.

ANA classes of service

ANA offers three main classes of service that includes first class, Economy class and Business class. It also introduced new cabins in 2009 and features included fully-lie-flat-bed business class seats, nearly enclosed first class suite seats, fixed shell back seats in both of its economy classes, a new AVOD in-flight entertainment system as well as improvements to its in-flight service.

ANA offers women's-only lavatories on international flights. The airlines are well equipped with the choices of leather, wide and comfortable seat in each cabins. They also offer extra space to keep you relaxed and feel comfortable.

ANA baggage policy

Each passenger allows to carry on one bag and one personal item, there will no charge for these baggage allowance will be free. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items.

All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. But the maximum weight of the carry-on luggage should not be more than 10 kg. Charges for extra piece of baggage vary based on region of flight.

Lounges

ANA offers International departure airport lounge and Narita Airport international arrival lounge which is available for Diamond Service, Platinum Service and ANA Super Flyers Card members.

The international departure airport lounge is available for Star Alliance Gold members. Lounge usage may vary, depending on the entry criteria and airport and it may also differ for charter flights.
